I. General Provisions

2. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of Users who use the online store GoldInvest24.pl.
3. The Controller processes personal data in accordance with:
   • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
   • the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data,
   • the Polish Act of 1 March 2018 on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML).

II. Purpose and Scope of Data Processing

1. Personal data is collected when Users:
   • create an account in the Store,
   • place orders,
   • contact the Controller,
   • subscribe to the Newsletter.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
   • fulfilling orders and sales contracts,
   • handling payments and deliveries,
   • meeting legal obligations (including AML),
   • marketing activities – only based on consent,
   • ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Store.
3. The scope of processed data includes in particular:
   • first and last name,
   • home or delivery address,
   • email address and phone number,
   • identification data (where required by AML obligations),
   • payment-related data.

III. Legal Basis for Processing

1. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract,
2. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax, AML),
3. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the Controller,
4. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – User consent.

IV. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be shared only with entities cooperating with the Controller as necessary to fulfil orders, such as courier and logistics companies, payment service providers, IT and hosting providers, accounting services, and authorities entitled under applicable law.

The Controller does not sell personal data and does not disclose it to unauthorised entities.
