In accordance with applicable law, in particular Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose price depends directly on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control, in particular precious metals priced on the basis of current market quotations.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller (Powel Invest sp. z o.o.) of their decision by an unequivocal statement, for example:

• in writing,
• by email,
• by phone.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Refund of Payments

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract and will be carried out using the same means of payment as used by the Customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The Customer will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.

no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer informed us of the withdrawal from the contract.

Liability for Diminished Value of Goods

The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The return will be processed upon presentation of proof of purchase.
