I. Definitions

Administrator / Seller / Provider – Powel Invest sp. z o.o., registered at Mszana Górna 563, 34-733 Mszana Górna, Poland, VAT ID: 7372227235, REGON: 388654092, KRS: 0000894161.

Store / GoldInvest24 Mint – the online store available at www.goldinvest24.pl.

Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

Entrepreneur – a natural or legal person conducting business or professional activity.

Buyer – any user who places an order or concludes a sales contract.

Product / Goods – items offered for sale in the Store.

Quoted Goods – investment products whose price depends on financial market fluctuations (e.g. gold, silver, platinum, palladium).

Order – a declaration of intent constituting an offer to conclude a sales contract.

Business Day – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

II. General Provisions

The Store is owned and operated by Powel Invest sp. z o.o.

The Store conducts retail and wholesale sales of precious metals in the form of bars and coins.

All prices are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Contracts concluded via the Store are governed by Polish law.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory legal provisions, statutory law shall prevail.

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

III. Use of the Store

Access to the Store requires an internet-enabled device and a web browser.

Registration is optional. Orders may be placed without creating an account.

Each user may maintain only one account.

The Administrator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

IV. Orders and Fulfilment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the price valid at the time of ordering.

An order does not constitute a reservation of goods.

After placing an order, the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation.

The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in particular due to:

• system or pricing errors,
• lack of product availability,
• failure to make payment on time,
• circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

The Seller has the right to cancel an order without financial liability for reasons beyond their control.

The standard order processing time is up to 14 business days, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

V. No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of Quoted Goods, the Buyer has no right to cancel an order or withdraw from the contract once concluded.

Pursuant to Article 38(2) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the Seller’s control.

Payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Buyer.

VI. Payments

Available payment methods include:

• bank transfer,
• electronic payments,
• cash upon personal collection.

Bank transfers must be completed within one business day.

Failure to make payment results in automatic cancellation of the order.

Electronic payments may involve additional fees charged by payment providers.

VII. Delivery

Goods are delivered by courier services or collected in person.

Delivery methods and costs are displayed before order confirmation.

Risk passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

The Seller is not liable for delays after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

VIII. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted electronically, in writing or via the contact form.

Complaints are processed within 14 business days.

Complaints relating to market price changes are excluded.

If a complaint is accepted, the Seller may replace the goods, repair them or issue a refund.

IX. Identification and AML

The Seller may request additional identification data in accordance with AML regulations.

Refusal to provide such data may result in order cancellation.

X. Amendments

The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms.

Users will be informed of changes at least 14 days in advance.

XI. Final Provisions

Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.

The Store operates in compliance with applicable law and in the Buyer’s interest.

In case of interpretation doubts, the version published in the Store shall prevail.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
