The Krugerrand is the widest of the six and the only one without a face value — it is South African legal tender by statute rather than by a denomination struck on the coin.
Where a quarter ounce sits on premium

Only Royal Mint issues. On VAT the answer is the same for all of them: gold of at least 995 fineness is exempt across the EU under Council Directive 2006/112/EC, and in Poland under art. 122.
